Renegade Game Studios Announces Overlight Game World

Renegade Game Studios is excited to announce the creation of a novel fantasy setting, Overlight.

Overlight is a fantasy roleplaying game of kaleidoscopic journeys: a visceral, dangerous, and brightly-colored setting. Characters will search for personal meaning among a fantastic, sometimes violent, and overwhelming world.

The first product wiithin the Overlight world is a role-playing game designed by Paul Alexander Butler and George Holland, expected to release in 2018.

“We want to return a sense of wonder to fantasy roleplaying. Elves and Dwarves and Orcs are great, but we’ve seen them done countless times, and we want to take players someplace they haven’t been before,” explains Paul Alexander Butler, co-creator of Overlight.

“I’m so excited to be working with Paul and George to bring their unique world to life. The Roleplaying game is a great way to introduce everyone to Overlight and the world is so rich that we decided not to stop there. We have a lot of plans for the World of Overlight and I can’t wait to tell you all more about it,” says Scott Gaeta, President of Renegade Game Studios.

Modiphius Releases The Dying Ship Adventure for Coriolis RPG

Modiphius Entertainment has released The Dying Ship adventure for use with Coriolis Sci-Fi RPG.

The ice hauler Orun II has stopped responding to hails, and has changed course towards a deadly asteroid cloud. The player characters are tasked with intercepting the heavy freighter to find out what has happened onboard and bring it back to Coriolis safely.

What is hiding aboard the silent hauler and what has happened to her crew?

In this full-length adventure for Coriolis – The Third Horizon RPG, the players get to explore the mystery of the dying ship, confront an ancient secret – and hopefully live to tell the tale. The contents include:
