- All orders are processed within 3 business days Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
- Orders are shipped out two times per week depending on volume, Tuesday and Saturday. *
- UPS International Small Packet (Tracked) delivery in 2-3 business days
- Canada Post International Small Packet Air (Non-tracked) delivery in 6-8 business days
* Orders received prior to 5:00 pm Friday will be shipped out the following Tuesday, with some exceptions **
** Exceptions : Some product may be back ordered or out of stock and must be ordered from our wholesaler. As such, these products will take 2-3 business days longer than in-stock product.
- We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- UPS (Tracked) - 2-3 business days
- Canada Post (Non Tracked) - 6-8 business days
- Carrier used depends on location, package size and weight.
- ALL ORDERS TO P.O. BOXES or Locations outside of North America are shipped CANADA POST
- If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
- All UPS shipments will have a tracking number
- UPS will email the address you provided with a tracking number
- If you do not see your tracking number, please check your email SPAM folder
- Canada Post shipments will NOT have a tracking number unless otherwise arranged before ordering
- The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of the product, and your location.
- Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you choose so.
- Orders that reach a subtotal of $200.00 CAD are eligible for free shipping within Canada.
- Items that are “Out of Stock” or "Pre-Order" may be added to your shopping cart but are not available to ship at that time.
- If an item is on back order (or becomes back ordered after you have ordered it) we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
- When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order at no additional charge to you.
