The Bumblebee Air Transport steampunk inspired miniature is now available from Burn In Designs
Bumblebees are the real workhorse of the air in the animal kingdom. Able to cover great distances, carrying heavy loads of pollen while still being able to land on the most delicate flowers. Now you can have that same versatility in an air transport. Please welcome the new Bumblebee Air Transport. Based off the same lifting body used in the Firefly light commuter, the Bumblebee expands with greater range from its quieter engines. At the same time those quieter engines give the air-frame 5 times the lifting capacity without any loss in maneuverability. The larger central cargo area has dual side doors with a pass-though design perfect for quick loading and unloading. It even includes extended platforms to allow the mounting of external storage pods or equipment. Get your piece of the future today. The Bumblebee Air Transport.
The Bumblebee Airship is a new steampunk/anime inspired design. As a tall airship it has a great feel on the table and offers an interesting take on alternate history flight. The kit uses a wooden frame for rigidity and durability and is skinned in 1.5mm thick cardstock to allow for the rounded shape, The top canopy is removable for easier placement of figures and supports up to a 40mm base. The internal cabin and door platforms support multiple 40mm based figures.

With more and more games having options for moving inside of terrain, blank rooms just don’t cut it any more. To further this rather than just add generic blocks to fill the space Burn In Designs wanted to give you pieces that look in place. That is where this set comes in. Here we have a collection of kits that will allow you to build scenes inside your buildings. Now that shootout or fight in the building can get more complex and pull you into the game even further.
As with all Burn In Designs kits, these are designed with gameplay in mind. Here it means items are slightly taller so even miniatures on taller bases can still get cover benefits from pieces. They also include details to expand them beyond the normal blank box look of other kits. They also present most of the common pieces you would see in a typical room for old west games like Wild West Exodus or Blackwater Gulch, Victorian/Lovecraft style like Malifaux and Warmachine and even modern and Steampunk games like Dystopian Legions or Batman Miniatures games. They will even work as set dressing in games like Infinity as pieces in a high end office or casino and lets not forget RPG use. This is the set you have been waiting for and it was well worth it.

With the release of Robotech RPG Tactics game Burn In Designs are pleased to announce their first set of add on kits for the game.
These kits are designed with improving your game experience without breaking the bank. From new clear bases to tokens and templates we have all sorts of kits to expand your game.
Transparent Bases – Every model needs a good place to stand. We offer transparent standard and flying bases to allow your models to fit in perfectly no matter the environment you place then in. From the depths of space, to the rubble strewn cities or the dense jungle these bases will blend in perfectly with their surroundings. The bases are all acrylic and include large front facing and 180 degree markings. Flight bases come in pairs with 2 different locations for 1/8″ magnets*. The bases are available in your choice of numbered or blank for easy identification of similar models. Custom engraving is also available for named characters or unit markings as shown below.
Action Tokens and Blast Templates – No matter how many you have you, like dice you always need more. These are a great replacement for the ones that ship with the boxed set. The action tokens are .75″, 19mm diameter rather than the .5″ ones that ship in the box. This makes them more visible on the table top and less likely to get left behind. They are available in all sorts of colors and can be custom engraved as needed. The examples shown have the 2 most common engravings but we have dozens of other designs available. The tokens are sold in packs of 20 or 150 and in several different colors including mirrored options
