NPC For Hire, a 52 card deck of hand draw portraits, is now available for funding on Kickstarter. Artwork for the project was created in collaboration with Cristiana Leone, a phenomenal fantasy portrait artist.
What really makes this project special is the companion app that was developed specifically for these cards. The app lets you randomly generate, create, and save NPC conveniently on an Android or iOS devices. There are a lot of NPC generators our there, but the artwork plus intriguing narratives, feats, and flaws make this one unique.
The card decks are being offered to backers for $20. Early backers will get a free download of the app. More information can be found on the kickstarter campaign page which will run through December 21st.

Coming in February from UltraPro are .. wait for it .. emoji and meme-text sleeve covers—$4 for a pack of 50.
“Sleeve covers?” you ask. Yes, sleeve covers, not card sleeves. Sleeve covers go over the card sleeves, to protect them of course.
Why would anyone want these? I don’t know. There are a lot of things people want that make no sense to me, so I guess you should ask someone who does? LOL <3 😛
Printed Deck Protectors Sleeve Covers are designed as the outer layer for your card and protects your limited edition printed sleeves. Best used in conjunction with standard sized Ultra PRO Deck Protectors. Made from ultra clear, archival-safe and acid-free material.

MN-Games launched a Kickstarter campaign for their Plotbuilder deck of cards.
In an effort to build a story arc for NPCs on the fly, come up with a whole campaign idea, or even have background machinations boiling away out of immediate notice of the players, the Plotbuilder deck is designed to make everything simpler.
System neutral, the cards can deal with any setting from fantasy to the far future. They won’t solve all your problems as the details are left up to you to decide, but it will provide the framework for some juicy intrigue.
