Do the tired old games at your weekly game night have you wishing for something new? Do you yearn for a little more excitement than just throwing cards on a table? Well worry no more!
ToyVault, Inc. is proud to bring you “But Wait, There’s More!”: the exciting new game where you create and pitch crazy products with all the energy of a TV pitchman!
Designed by Jay Cormier and Sen-Foong Lim, creators of such games as Belfort and Akrotiri, “But Wait, There’s More!” is sure to have everyone in stitches from the moment you open the box!
In “But Wait, There’s More!”, up to 10 players act as contraption companies hawking everyday items but with off-the-wall twists! Each round, an average product is chosen and each player secretly selects a Feature card from their hand to create their own unique spin on the item. When it’s their time to shine, they have 30 seconds to perform a commercial for their company’s new, one-of-a-kind product! But that’s not all! Midway through their pitch, a random Feature card is drawn and that player must incorporate the new feature while continuing to hawk their item, always with hilarious results!
You could be shilling a microwave with a splatter-free design and powerful vacuum action! Or maybe a bicycle with attached safety leash that makes delicious yogurt in seconds! You’ll never know what kinds of wacky inventions you’ll come up with!
Once all the pitches have been made, players secretly vote on whose commercial was best. The player with the most points at the end of 3 rounds is the top salesman!
But wait, there’s more!
Included in this offer is the ‘Tell Us More!’ card, which can be played at any time and will force the current peddler to continue their pitch for another 30 seconds, adding in yet another random feature!
Each copy of “But Wait, There’s More!” includes 50 Product cards, 150 Feature cards, 60 Vote cards, 5 Company cards, and 1 ‘Tell Us More!’ card – that’s over 250 cards all in one box! Also included are 30-second sand timer and rulesheet. No batteries needed, expansions sold separately.
