The WWII deeds of the US Airborne divisions such as the 101st ‘Screaming Eagles’ and the 82nd ‘All American’ have become legendary. From their role in the ill-fated Operation Market Garden to the crossing of the River Rhine and the push into the German homeland these battle-hardened fighting men have been immortalized in film and television.
This great value boxed set gives you all you need to start playing with the elite forces of the US Airborne. Equipped in the M-43 paratrooper uniforms, introduced in 1944 they are perfect for actions during Operation Market Garden, the liberation of mainland Europe, crossing the Rhine or the final push into Germany itself!
Whether you plan to field them as the 101st ‘Screaming Eagles’ , 82nd ‘All American’, 17th ‘Thunder from Heaven’ or 13th ‘Golden Unicorns’ Airborne Divisions this starter force is built around a strong core of battle-hardened paratroopers and vital support teams the US Airborne are a match for all but the most heavily equipped opponents.
The Fall of France bolstered Germany’s armoured assets with many new pieces of equipment, including the vehicle that would later serve as the Infanterie schlepper UE (f) mit wurfrahmen, available now for your 28mm WW2 Bolt Action Miniatures Games!
The 21st Panzer division would be the only tank division to oppose the Allied landings in Normandy. Having been rebuilt after the defeat in Afrika the 21st was refitted with a variety of vehicles including specialist repurposed equipment, known as Becker’s Conversions.
During the early part of 1944, Major Alfred Becker and his artillery command were responsible for taking obsolete captured British and French vehicles and refurbishing and redesigning them into useful machines. One such was the French UE carrier which Becker re-designed into rocket launchers mounting 28/32cm heavy rockets for infantry support. Its principal service was during 1943-45 with roughly 40 vehicles being made into this variant.
The multiple rocket launcher can be a very devastating weapon, it has the ability to cause a lot of damage to many different units simultaneously. With 7+ armour the Infanterie schlepper is impervious to all forms of small arms fire but keep it out of harm’s way in preparation for a devastating coup de grâce.
The weird war of 1947 envelops more of Europe as the Italians split to join both Axis and Allied forces. Plus new weaponry is introduced in the brand new supplement, Defiance, to take your Konflikt ’47 games to a whole new level!
This book is the second supplement for Konflikt ’47 and seeks to expand the game’s boundaries further by introducing more units, forces and army build options. The largest section of this supplement introduces the divided nation of Italy, with the forces of the Royalist Co-Belligerent Italian Army (Eserciti Cobelligerante Italiano or ECI), fighting their former allies, the German Wehrmacht. Mussolini’s remaining forces, the Fascist National Republican Army (Esercito Nazionale Repubblicano or ENR) hold the north of the country propped-up by the German military machine. As in the previous supplement, we have looked at some of the existing rules that needed refinement, and have introduced further rules to allow the use of more elite and specialised units. Players of the existing five core armies will also find something new for them as well, with each nation getting some new units from their respective Rift-tech laboratories.
The book is divided into four sections, the first covers the new rules and errata, as well as the rules for national variations on the standard Reinforced Platoon structures in Konflikt ’47. The second introduces the fractured nation of Italy, with both some expanded history and the details of its forces. Then we turn to the new units of the existing nations before the final section presents additional information on the Konflikt ’47 setting, including a small mini-campaign that is set firmly in the Konflikt ’47 alternate history.
Blood Red Skies is the new game coming from Warlord Games that takes players up into the skies over WWII battlefields, being in charge of your squadron of fighters and other aircraft as you bob, weave, and dogfight it out against your enemy. Warlord Games has announced 8 new bundles to expand the game!
Warlord Games are proud to announce an all-new boxed set for their Doctor Who Time Vortex Miniatures Game, Maximum Extermination! featuring two unique Dalek metal figures, the fearsome Special Weapons Dalek and the red Supreme Dalek. The set is finished off with a beautifully crafted resin Genesis Ark.
The Special Weapons Dalek, first seen in the 1988 story Remembrance of the Daleks, is a heavily-armed Dalek featuring greater offensive capabilities than a regular Dalek, and was built to withstand even the strongest enemy fire. This unique design featured an enormous energy canon mounted on the upper half of its body, replacing the usual eye stalk, manipulator arm and gun stick found on standard Dalek casings.
After the return of Davros and the resultant reestablishment of the Dalek race, the red coloured Supreme Dalek commanded this new Dalek empire. His design was more similar to a regular Dalek, however, he sported gold coloured ridges around his casing and gold spheres on his skirt section.
The Genesis Ark was a prison ship constructed using stolen Time Lord technology. Although only slightly larger in size to a normal Dalek casing, it was dimensionally transcendental, like the TARDIS, bigger on the inside than the outside, and transported millions of Daleks from the Last Great Time War to the present day, where the Ark was opened and the Daleks inside were released into the sky above Torchwood Tower to wreak havoc upon humanity.
These three beautifully sculpted figures are a welcome addition to our range and are the first to contain Exterminate! Game cards inside the box.
